Return Policy:

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectations, including being defective, damaged, or not as described, you can return them for a refund.

To be eligible for returns, please ensure that:

  • Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the original label.
  • You will pay for return shipping. For quality-related returns, the return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for return.

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to change their minds and return items without providing a reason, and Dealox has to issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at support@dealox.us. After receiving the return item, Dealox will issue a refund back to the customer's account. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (including returns); no restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of the product.

Damaged Products:

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to Dealox for a full refund. Please note that if the damage is limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, the products will not be considered damaged.

We will issue a refund once we've received the item you've returned.

The refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification. Please check your account.

Cancellation:
